01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phlslots ("phlslots", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phlslots website located at https://phlslots.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on phlslots, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

phlslots reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on phlslots, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The following rules apply to all phlslots accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one phlslots account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phlslots supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: phlslots aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Verification: phlslots reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide documentation confirming your identity and the ownership of your payment method.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited. phlslots cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phlslots will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds to their source.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phlslots reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phlslots offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phlslots reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation constitutes bonus abuse.
• phlslots reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the exploitation of technical errors – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phlslots are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• The rules of each individual game are set out within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the phlslots system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phlslots reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlslots Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the phlslots Platform.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be forfeited.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward phlslots staff or other players.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phlslots Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of phlslots or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from phlslots.
• Use any phlslots trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of phlslots intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phlslots and its licensors.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlslots, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond phlslots's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether or not such interruption was within phlslots's control.

phlslots's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlslots account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Privacy & Data

Upon closure of your account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
